Ingredients

  • 4 pork loin chops
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary minced
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 1/4 stick butter melted
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F and prepare a large baking sheet by lining with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Liberally season the pork chops with salt and pepper on each side then set aside. Then, mix together the butter, rosemary, and garlic and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sear the pork chops, cooking for about 4 minutes on each side. Transfer the pork chops to a baking sheet and cook for about 12 minutes or until 145F in the center. Serve immediately with more garlic butter sauce.
