The last thing you want to do is start rummaging through your cabinets and refrigerator when your hands are covered in raw eggs and meat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list list-style-ingredients\">\n<li>2 pounds 90% lean ground beef<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 diced white onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 eggs, lightly beaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp. minced garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tbsp. ketchup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6-ounce box of Stove Top stuffing mix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp. salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tsp. pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sauce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list list-style-ingredients\">\n<li>1 cup ketchup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp. white vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp. brown sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp. garlic powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2 tsp. onion powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tsp. salt (to taste)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tsp. pepper (to taste)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list list-style-steps\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 Fahrenheit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply nonstick spray to your loaf pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix your ground beef, eggs, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, stuffing mix, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move the mixture to your loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While the meatloaf bakes, create your sauce by combining the white vinegar, ketchup, salt, pepper, onion powder, brown sugar, and garlic powder.
