Thankfully, if the ingredient missing from your meatloaf mise en place is breadcrumbs, there are plenty of quick substitutes that you&#8217;re likely to have on hand. Try one of these in your next batch of meatloaf and no one will be the wiser!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutes for Breadcrumbs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For every \u00bc cup of breadcrumbs that your recipe calls for, substitute one of these:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list list-style-ingredients\">\n<li>\u00bc cup crushed pretzels or crackers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cup crushed cornflakes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\/3 cup rolled oats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recipe for Meatloaf Without Breadcrumbs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list list-style-ingredients\">\n<li>2 pounds lean ground beef<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 large eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tbsp. ketchup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped fine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup whole milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 medium onion, diced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00be cup crushed pretzels or crackers, \u00be cup crushed cornflakes, or 2 cups rolled oats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp.
